As we grow older, life gets monotonous. People are accustomed to being seated on chairs for a long period of time. Such a body posture for continuous hours can cause Upper back pain. The irritating aspect of this pain which is it keeps coming back and again, makes it absolutely impossible for a person to comfortably carry out normal daily activities. It can have a negative outlook in the future, as its persistence can lead to prolonged health problems.
